International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS)
The International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS) (formerly known as National Standard-setters) is a grouping of national accounting standard setters from around the world and other organisations involved in financial and sustainability reporting issues. IFASS provides a platform for national accounting standard setters, and other interested organisations, to discuss current issues and developments in corporate reporting. The IASB and ISSB participate in these meetings on equal footing with national standard setters. The charter which sets out the understanding between the IFRS Foundation and IFASS is available here.
EFRAG SR TEG Chairwoman, Chiara Del Prete serves as the IFASS Chair for the March 2022 - March 2025 period, and EFRAG provides the IFASS Secretariat support.

20/09/2024 - International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS) meeting on 24-25 September 2024
The International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS) will meet on 24-25 September 2024 in London to discuss topics related to financial and sustainability reporting. The meeting will be chaired by Chiara Del Prete, IFASS and EFRAG SR TEG Chairwoman. The meeting is hosted by the IFRS Foundation. This meeting will include standard-setters from 40 different jurisdictions worldwide.

15/04/2024 - Reporting standard setters get together- KAI to host April 2024 IFASS meeting
The Korean Accounting Institute (KAI) will host the April 2024 meeting of the International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS). Chiara Del Prete, IFASS and EFRAG SR TEG Chair, will chair this three-day meeting, taking place on 17, 18 and 19 April.
This meeting will include standard-setters from 34 different jurisdictions worldwide to discuss topics related to financial reporting and sustainability reporting standard setting.
