20/09/2024 - International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS) meeting on 24-25 September 2024

​The International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (IFASS) will meet on 24-25 September 2024 in London to discuss topics related to financial and sustainability reporting. The meeting will be chaired by Chiara Del Prete, IFASS and EFRAG SR TEG Chairwoman. The meeting is hosted by the IFRS Foundation. This meeting will include standard-setters from 40 different jurisdictions worldwide. 


On 24-25 September, in London, United Kingdom, the IFRS Foundation will host the IFASS meeting. The meeting will be chaired by Chiara Del Prete, IFASS and EFRAG SR TEG Chairwoman. She states: 

"I am thrilled in hosting this independent forum for a technical dialogue between 40 different jurisdictions around the globe, where we will discuss challenges of financial and sustainability standard setting and implementation support."

Sébastien Harushimana, Pedro Faria, Vincent Papa and Rasmus Sommer, from EFRAG, will also be speakers.

The International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters is a group of national accounting standard-setters from around the world, plus other organisations that have a close involvement in corporate reporting.
