07/09/2015 - Joint Outreach Event on the Conceptual Framework - Vilnius
EFRAG, the Estonian Ministry of Finance, the Latvian Ministry of Finance, the Lithuanian Authority of Audit and Accounting (AAT) and the IASB announce a joint outreach event to be held in Vilnius on Wednesday 23 September 2015.
The objective of this outreach event, which is part of a series, is to discuss the proposals in the IASB Exposure Draft Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting and obtain the views of constituents.
The feedback will also be used by the organisations for the purpose of finalising their respective comments on the Exposure Draft. Key issues included in the Exposure Draft will be presented and discussed in open debates.
Speakers will include Joan Brown (IASB Technical Principal), Jelena Voilo (IASB Assistant Technical Manager) and Filippo Poli (EFRAG Research Director). The meeting will be chaired by Audrius Linartas, Director of the Authority of Audit and Accounting.
The event will be held in English.
