Aleksandra Sivash

​Aleksandra joined EFRAG in January 2024. Prior to joining EFRAG, Aleksandra worked for 12 years in PwC's Assurance department evolving up to the Senior Manager role. In her last year with PwC, Aleksandra joined Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services department specialising in providing IFRS advisory services. Aleksandra's professional experience was built in France (4 years), USA (4 years) and Belgium (4 years) and her technical expertise includes IFRS, US GAAP, French and Belgian GAAP.

Aleksandra worked with large multinational, publicly traded companies mainly in retail and consumer, food and beverage, hospitality and manufacturing industries. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, spin-off and carve-out activities including audit, due diligence and accounting advisory services.

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Management from Dauphine PSL University (France), Aleksandra pursued her studies at the University of Savoy (France) where she obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (with honors) as well as a Master's degree in Business Consulting and Economical Studies (with honors).

Aleksandra holds an active Certified Public Accountant license (state of Delaware), Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG, France) and Certificate in International Auditing (ACCA, UK).
