Daniel Kubessa

Daniel Kubessa has more than two decades of experience in regulated corporate reporting. For the last ten years, Daniel has served as Senior Manger External Financial Disclosure at Siemens AG. In that capacity, Mr. Kubessa has prepared, coordinated and reviewed regulatory disclosures in a variety of formats, most notably the management report, under European Union, German, and U.S. SEC regulations. In that capacity, he has closely monitored corporate reporting developments and coordinated Siemens AG’s response to regulatory initiatives. Mr. Kubessa is also a co-author of several technical articles related to corporate reporting published in German trade and scientific journals. Prior to joining Siemens AG, he held a number of positions with increasing responsibility in other companies in Germany and the U.S., including nine years at Daimler AG.

Mr. Kubessa holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Augsburg and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He is also a U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
