Juliette Desloires
Juliette Desloires joined the ECB in August 2016 to work on environment-related topics: carbon accounting, environmental reporting, green procurement and contract management.
Before this, from 2007 to 2015, she worked as an environmental consultant, helping a variety of organisations integrate more sustainability in their activities. She performed a broad range of missions from greenhouse gas emissions accounting, water, waste, biodiversity and material dependencies analyses. For seven years she worked on onsite audits in Europe and Asia and projects involving environmental awareness, complex data analyses and the coordination of multiple stakeholders from the private sector, NGOs and academia. Thus she gained insights in global value chains and the development of environmental and social criteria in reporting.
She holds a master in environmental engineering from the INSA in Lyon and has been trained as a carbon accountant by the French Agency for ecological transition (ADEME).
