Felipe Herranz Martin
Dr. Felipe Herranz holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration by the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). He is certified by the ROAC (Official Accounts Auditors Charter in Spain) and is a postgraduate senior lecturer at several Spanish universities.
At AECA (Spanish Accounting and Business Administration Association) he is a member of the Board of Directors the President of the Financial Instruments Forum and a member of the Commission of Accounting Principles. Dr. Herranz also serves as a member of the “User Panel Group” at EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) and has served for more than two decades as the CFO of PwC Spain and other international companies.
He participated in the 1990 General Accounting Plan issued by the Spanish Ministry of Finance and his main research focuses on international financial reporting and derivative financial instruments.
